Bourne and James Peterson. Martin Bourne has been in the building
business for over fifteen years as a general contractor,
subcontractor and building foreman around the Puget
Sound area. James Peterson held positions as a Territory
Manager, Regional Manager and Sales Manager for a fortune 500 company
for over 17 years. This combined experience creates a builder that is
focused on quality, efficiency, and customer service.
We use only high quality subcontractors and utilize these
partnerships to help keep your project on schedule and in budget.
We work with major banks as well as small lenders for financing and
construction lending. We meet the requirements of your lending
institution and are happy to do everything possible to make the
financing process go smoothly.
We have the experience to make the permit process go smoothly. We
believe in following the regulations of local permitting agencies. We
design, engineer and build our homes to meet or exceed these regulations.
